I voluntarily participate in Yoga classes with Veda. I release Veda Aggarwal from liability for any injury to my person or damage to my person or damage to my property incurred while on the premises or while participating in an online program organized by her. As is the case with any strenuous exercise, I understand that there is a possibility of injury and I am fully aware of and willingly assume the risk involved.
I have no physical disorders and am in general good health.
In the case of any mild chronic or other health condition, Veda should be informed before the class or course begins.
We are not responsible for interruptions in or cancellation of any of the online classes due to events beyond our reasonable control, like an act of war, hostility, or sabotage; natural disaster; electrical, internet, or telecommunication outage; or government restrictions.
In the unlikely event of a programme not being conducted or in the case of paid registrant being unable to join the programme for which they were registered, payment may be transferred towards another programme.
Should any students find it necessary to cancel any course registration please note that:
• No refunds will be made

How to prepare for the yoga class:
Please do not eat for at least 2 hours before the class.
Please do make sure that you are well hydrated.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and dress modestly, as appropriate for a group session.
Put your phone on silent mode or do not disturb so that you can experience the class without distractions.
Instructions for the session:
Please login to Zoom and join the session 5 minutes before the start time.
Participants will not be admitted after the first 10 minutes of the session.
Turn on your camera and keep your device approximately 4 to 5 feet away from your yoga mat. You will have a much better view of the class on a laptop/tablet.
Position your yoga mat horizontally in front of your device so that the teacher can see you practising.
Participants who do not turn on their video camera will be removed from the session by the host.
You can ask a question by Unmuting your mic (in the lower-left corner of the screen). Remember to mute it again afterwards!
