A little more about me
I started practising yoga seriously about 10 years ago, eventually training as a teacher at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Meenakshi Ashram in a 200 hour residential course recognised by Yoga Alliance. Since the lockdowns began, I have assisted and demonstrated for advanced online courses offered by Sivananda India under the guidance of Nirmala Chaitanya. This included their online Teacher Training Course, as well as other certificate courses, and special workshops.
My own students now log on from different parts of the world – India, the UK, Europe, Australia and the US.
I experience yoga as a spiritual practice and teach to pass on what I receive – a sense of stability, being grounded, and a deeper connection within.
